Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac released new guidelines concerning time adjustments to comparable sales and market conditions analysis. It is compatible with form fillers; ACI, ClickFORMS, and TOTAL. Includes a 2 week free trial. What if I have a trainee or assistant, can we just share accounts?
To access TrueTracts, each individual must register for their own account—shared or group accounts are not permitted. All accounts require an active, paid subscription without exception. While account sharing is not allowed, you can share a session link with another registered user such as a trainee or assistant.
How do I reset my password?
There is a password reset link right below the password box on the login screen. Click the link and enter the email address associated with your account.
How fresh and accurate is the data in the tool?
Data is updated daily. The tool uses the last 5 years of sales.
